CDHU

The implantation of housing and works for slum urbanization managed by Geribello include, besides the construction of the units, the execution of all infrastructure, sanitation and energy.

In 20 years, the company has been responsible for managing more than 60 km of water networks; 70 km of sewage systems; 100 km of drainage networks and 50 km of electricity power grids; as well as pipelines, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, among other systems.

Sabesp

The service performed by Geribello for the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of Sao Paulo - SABESP comprehends different works in the areas of topography and geodesy, including:

• Planialtimetric cadastral survey in "Meninos” Interceptor;
• Registration and details of Interceptor "Poços de Visita" (PVs);
• Registration of 1,193 m of Interceptor, planialtimetric survey of perimeters and internal passages; survey and representation of transversal section, including bathymetry;
• Development of plants, reports with drawings, calculation, spreadsheets and photographic documentation;
• Technical consulting in the areas of topography and geodesy to support and implant Água Tratada Granja Viana adductor in RMSP (5,600 m), involving the critical analysis of the specifications;
• Monitoring of services, including analysis of executive projects, implantation of topography supporting points and front services;
• Post-implantation monitoring (cadastre). September/2004 to July/2005;
• Registration of properties and documental support – CT Ponte Rasa and Cotia necessary for real estate regularization in MRSP.

Moreover, Geribello made the real estate regularization possible, providing the exact position of executed works in the reffered properties and their respective interference areas for further evaluation and setting up bondage areas or expropriation by Sabesp. August and September – 2005.

Eletropaulo

Since May 2007, Geribello has been performing surveys, topographic drawings and demarcation of Transmission Lines, within the concession area of Eletropaulo, in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo..

Since May 2007, due to its demonstrated excellence in the market, Geribello has been providing to Eletropaulo services of survey, topographical and demarcation of Transmission Lines, within the concession area of Eletropaulo in the Metropolitan Region of Sao. In addition to that, Geribello is aware of the Environment, Health and Work Safety Policy of AES Eletropaulo, meeting all the requirements and procedures of the Environmental Management System (EMS) related to its activities.

Belo Horizonte City Hall

In August 2008, Geribello Engenharia started the Consulting Specialized Technical Services for Supervision, Technical Support and Technology Control of Civil Works and the urban infrastructure on the Bay of Córrego Engenho Nogueira, members of DRENURBS of the City Hall of Belo Horizonte, in consortium with Falcão Bauer Engenharia..

The DRENURBS - Environmental Recovery Program of Belo Horizonte was launched by the city of Belo Horizonte through the Municipal Department of Urban Policy / SMURBE in order to implement actions for environmental improvement, with emphasis on preservation of waterways in their natural beds.
