Since 1990, with expertise and responsibility, Geribello Engenharia has been managing the Housing Program in the North, West, and South Regions of Greater Sao Paulo for the Urban and Housing Development Company of the State of Sao Paulo (CDHU).

 

 

 

 

 

At the moment the company manages the projects of the Housing Program of the Government of Sao Paulo, in the cities of ABCDM region and in the cities of the South, Center and Southeast regions of the city of São Paulo.

 

It is also responsible for the monitoring of the work in the cities of the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo, East Region, as well as in the districts of East and Southeast of the city of São Paulo.

 

 

In all housing projects that Geribello takes part in, one of its main concerns is the need of offering support to the communities. For the company, the management of these projects and works includes, in addition to building housing units, infrastructure services and deployment of social equipament, such as nurseries, schools, community and health centers.

 

 

In works such as Task Forces and Slum Urbanization, Geribello Engenharia also learned to innovate, creating efficient methods of administration, always with excellent rates of productivity, cost reduction, rationalization of work and, above all, encouragement and motivation of the families involved in interventions.
